Air Fried Chickpeas
Do you ever have those days when the kids come home from school starving and you never got around to grocery shopping and the snack drawer is empty? It was when of those days when I first tried to air fry chickpeas for a tasty snack, they quickly became a staple in our home. I like to make a batch on a meal prep day and use it to top salads and soups to add some extra protein.

When chickpeas are cooked to your liking, remove from the airfryer, taste and add more salt and pepper.
These roasted chickpeas are best eaten the day of, but when I do have leftovers or I have prepared extras for the week, I store them in a paper bag with a paper towel. Enjoy!
